Private Yoga Intake Form

Complete the Intake Form to begin. After this form is submitted, your teacher will reach out via email to discuss additional details including any past or present injury, the style of practice you seek (or a hybrid of styles), as well as scheduling date, time and location.

Cancellation Policies

At Inner Tide Yoga, I understand that life is full of unexpected changes.
My goal is to offer flexibility while honoring the time and care that goes into preparing each personalized session.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee and cannot be rescheduled.

6-Week Inner Journeys

Your journey is designed to build upon each session, creating momentum and lasting progress. If you need to reschedule an individual session within your journey, 24 hours notice is required, and every effort will be made to find a new appointment time.

Journey packages are valid for 10 weeks from the date of your first session, allowing flexibility for vacations, illness, or scheduling conflicts.

Refund Policy

Private Individual, Group/Event, and 6-Week Inner Journey packages are non-refundable once purchases. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance, please reach out, and I will do my best to find a solution that supports both your needs and my scheduling commitments.

Weather & Travel

If severe weather or unsafe travel conditions make an in-home, beach, or park session impractical, we’ll work together to reschedule or, if appropriate, transition the session to a virtual format.

Health & Wellness

If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please notify me as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session.
